Shipping policy

Processing time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day.

Shipping time: Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7–12 business days to Australia. Tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships so you can follow it the whole way.

Please note: as products ship internationally, delivery times can occasionally vary due to customs processing, especially during peak seasons. We'll always keep you updated if there's a delay.

International orders: Customers outside Australia are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by their own country — these are not included in your order total.

Order tracking: You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order dispatches. If tracking hasn't updated within 5 business days of dispatch, contact us at support@recoverlyau.com and we'll look into it.
